Privacy notice.
What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth; an identity document captured with your device camera; a liveness check captured with your device camera; any social profiles you choose to provide; and your membership and payment status.
Why we collect it
To review your membership application, to confirm that you are a real person present during verification, and to protect the privacy and security of members.
How verification data is stored
Identity documents and liveness data are held in private storage that is not publicly reachable and cannot be opened from a normal member profile or a guessable web address. Only authorised administrators may view them, and every access is written to an audit log.
Retention and deletion
Verification data is retained for a configurable period set by the club and is securely deleted when that period expires. Deletion is recorded in the audit log. Identity documents are not retained indefinitely.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider. PRIVATE does not store card numbers or payment credentials.
